Yes, we use 100% organic flour from traditional Andalusian mills and locally sourced seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
Currently we do not offer gluten-free products as our kitchen works with wheat flour. However, we are always open to discussing special dietary needs.
We are open Monday-Friday 7:30am-7pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sunday 8am-2pm.
